Unlike traditional SGPT models that focus solely on squat racks and open space, we’ve created a gym-floor experience to help you build confidence using machines and equipment. You’ll learn how they work and how to use them effectively in a supportive, judgment-free environment, so when you train solo, you’ll feel strong, capable, and in control.
